Solution
Remark
1
Turn ignition switch to
“ON”, tire pressure
warning indicating light
and TPMS indicating
light are on at the same
time for 2s, and not
off
Original packing receptor on vehicle hasn’t
been learnt binding.
Use handheld learning tool, obtain all tire
sensors ID again, binding receptor
controller.
Ever replaced receptor controller, and the
receptor controller hasn’t been leant
binding.
2
Tire pressure warning
indicating light twinkle
When driving, injury of prick holes and
segmentation happen to tire, tire pressure
fast drop
Must stop vehicle as soon as possible and
check all tire and pressure.
When vehicle stop(ignition switch to
ON/START), tire has decompression
After air pressure stop decompressing or
inflated,
it
will
remove
warning
automatically.
3
Tire pressure warning
indicator light always
on
When vehicle stop(ignition switch to
ON/START), tire has decompression,
causing pressure too low.
Inflate tire to actual air pressure value.
(There is tire pressure on tire pressure
label)
When vehicle stop(ignition switch to
ON/START), tire pressure too high, causing
pressure too high.
Inflate tire to actual air pressure value.
When driving on bumpy road, vehicle
turning, all tires stress differently, causing
tire pressure too high or too low in the
meantime.
Drive to flat and straight road, if pressure
is normal, it will remove warning
automatically.
When driving, detected tire pressure not
enough (tire not inflated for a long time or
tire damaged causing air leakage).
Must stop vehicle as soon as possible and
check all tire and pressure.
When vehicle driving high speed and
overloaded, causing tire over heat.
Reduce speed, reduce vehicle load.
When driving, air pressure not enough,
friction force increased, causing tire over
heat.
Must stop vehicle as soon as possible and
check all tire and pressure.
4
TPMS indicating light
is always on
One or more tire pressure sensor battery
power is lower than a certain value.
Replace sensor, and learn binding again.
Refer to “TPMS
indicating light is
always on”
In four tires, one or two tires not installed
tire pressure sensor
Re-install sensor, and learn binding again.
In four tires, one or two tires installed error
(namely sensor ID and receiving controller
ID not match)
Replace tire position, and learn binding
again.
In four tires, one or two tires pressure sensor
failure, can’t transport data.
Replace sensor, and learn binding again.
High frequency module of receiving
controller damaged, can’t receive any
sensor data in continuous 20 minutes.
Detect receiving controller, if need
replace receiving controller, must learn
binding again.

Solution
Remark
Four tire sensors ID and receiving controller
ID all not match, can’t receive any effective
sensor data in continuous 20 minutes.
Learn binding again.
When parking vehicle for a long time, tire
pressure is normal and there is no obvious
change, and doesn’t receive any sensor data
in continuous 20min.
It’s normal phenomenon, after vehicle
driving, sensors start to transmit data,
warning
state
will
be
removed
automatically
Drive in same frequency interfered
area(interference strong and continuous),
such as airport, radio transmit tower etc.,
may cover sensor signal.
After leaving same frequency interfered
area, warning status will be removed
automatically.
Receiving controller wiring harness bad
connect
Detect receiving controller connector, and
connect again.
5
Turn ignition switch
from OFF to ON,
indicator light not on
Dashboard indicator light failure
Detect dashboard, if dashboard damaged,
replace dashboard.
Refer to “When
tire pressure is
serious shortage,
tire
pressure
warning
indicating light is
not on”
