①Turn on the ignition switch and set the headlamp to “position lamp” position.

②Does the front fog lamp lighten when it is turned on?

Go to Step 2.

Check circuit.

Does the front fog lamp indicator in combination instrument lighten?

System is normal.

Go to Step 3.

①Turn off the fog lamps.

②Turn off the ignition switch.

③Remove the combination instrument.

④Using the multimeter as a ohmmeter, measure the circuit resistance. Is the

reading below 1 Ohm?

Replace

Turn on the ignition switch and set the turn signal lamp switch to left/right
turning position.

Does left/right turn signal indicator flicker as expected?

Go to Step 4.

Turn on the ignition switch and set the turn signal lamp switch to left/right
turning position.

Does left/right turn signal indicator in combination instrument flicker as
expected?

System is normal.

Go to Step 8.

Connect the temporary vehicle ground to body control module terminal.

Does the hazard warning lamp flicker as expected?

Hazard warning

Use multimeter to measure the voltage of flasher relay.

Does the multimeter indicate the battery voltage?

Replace flasher

relay.

Check circuit.

Use multimeter to measure the circuit voltage of turn signal lamp.

Does the multimeter indicate the battery voltage?

Check circuit.

①Turn off the hazard warning lamp.

②Turn off the ignition switch.

③Remove the combination instrument.

④Use the multimeter to measure the circuit resistance. Is the reading below 1
Ohm?

Replace

Ceiling lamp failed

Check if the bulb filament of ceiling lamp is burnt out. Is the filament burnt out?

Connect the test lamp respectively with two terminals of contact switch (left front,
right front, left rear, right rear) and terminals of lighting switch. Does the test lamp
lighten?
