When the vehicle is driven fixed in 2GR, an input speed sensor malfunction is displayed, but this is
not an input speed sensor malfunction.
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CAUTION:
• “
” must be performed before starting “DTC CONFIRMATION PROCE-
DURE”.
• Never perform “DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE” before completing the repair, which may cause
secondary malfunction.
• Always drive vehicle at a safe speed.

PRECONDITIONING
If “DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE” has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and
wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.
